Sales Executive - Bolton
Overview: Our client, a reputable company in the heating and plumbing industry, is seeking a motivated Customer Service/Sales Consultant to join their team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth through effective client interactions and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to discuss products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
2. Schedule and manage survey appointments to support the sales team.
3. Follow up with customers post-installation, encouraging feedback and promoting additional services.
4. Register completed installations and assist with service-related documentation.
5. Collaborate with lead generators to increase new business opportunities.
6. Support administrative tasks and contribute to daily operations.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
2. Experience in telesales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with the heating and cooling industry is an advantage.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
6. Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
7. Available for an immediate start.
What You’ll Receive:
1. Competitive salary of £23,000 - £30,000 per year (based on experience).
