My client, an iconic 5-star Hotel near Newquay require a Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.
At the Hotel & Spa my client have two busy food outlets which includes a Restaurant where they serve breakfast & dinner to their hotel guests and our their Lounge & Terrace where they offer an all-day dining menu which is very popular with residents and non-residents alike and is based on contemporary British cuisine.
The Sous Chef role offers:-
* Competitive salary of between £34,00pa and £36,000pa

* 12-9.30 hours (no splits) 5 days a week.
The ideal Sous Chef candidate will:-
* Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish, from preparation to presentation
* Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff. Leads the kitchen team in Head chef's absence.
* Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
* Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards. Meets high standards of food hygiene and professionalism and trains your team to learn new cooking techniques.
