What we're looking for:
We need a quick-thinking, empowered individual with a proven track record in hotel sales, particularly in the B2B business group sector. As a member of our local sales team, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment, focusing on converting leads into profitable business while embracing the distinct trendy and lifestyle qualities that make nhow London a sought-after destination.
Your responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary contact for business sales enquiries, showcasing the trendy and desirable aspects of nhow London
2. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming enquiries
3. Correspond with clients, aiming to convert business in a timely and efficient manner
4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of our hotel facilities and company brands, emphasizing the trendy and lifestyle aspects of nhow London
5. Collaborate with colleagues, utilizing the SAP system for seamless communication
6. Maintain regular communication with Revenue (REV) and Director of Sales (DOS) regarding priority bookings and key clients
7. Hand over all confirmed business to event organizers
8. Ensure accurate reporting through weekly MB file reports, staying on top of follow-ups and conversations
9. Engage with online portals such as Cvent, C4C, Proven, or Venue Directory
10. Conduct client site visits and attend to walk-ins, highlighting the unique and desirable experience of staying at nhow London
11. Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for the hotel, embodying the trendy and lifestyle brand of nhow and adhering to the NH Customer Care Policy
12. Foster close collaboration with event organizers and all HODs
13. Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques effectively
14. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
