Learning & Development Manager (EMEA) - London (to £78,000 plus bonus + benefits)
Working for this global information services provider as Learning & Development Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for overseeing talent development and leadership programs within the EMEA. Consequently, you will design and deliver scalable learning and talent development solutions. These will align with the company’s global priorities and enhance the organisation’s ability to engage, develop and retain diverse talent. These solutions will empower the professional and career development of employees, drive team effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Through partnering business leaders across the EMEA region to understand business needs, you will provide hands-on support and coaching and deliver impactful learning and development programs. In addition, you will work closely with the Global Head of Talent Development and Talent Development global colleagues to support the deployment of programs and initiatives around the globe and support the development and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development strategy.
This will be a hand-on role with the requirement to analyse leaning needs and performance gaps across the EMEA region whilst also facilitating learning interventions at all levels, including onboarding, professional skills and leadership sessions. It will also be necessary to collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure delivery of high-quality learning sessions. Naturally it will be key to also monitor trends and best practices in Learning & Development whilst also providing guidance and coaching to managers in identifying and addressing employee and team development needs.
With comprehensive L&D experience you will be competent in all aspect of the L&D cycle, especially in the design and delivery of learning solutions for diverse groups of learners. With excellent facilitation skills, you will have a strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design methodologies, psychometric tools and learning principles. Agility in this role is key, with the experience of being both strategic and hands-on when working through all aspects of development work, especially within a fast-paced business environment. Excellent communication skills, including with senior business leaders will be essential and an adaptable style when working with the regional and local nuances across EMEA will be required.
