The Opportunity: Nigel Wright Group are proud to be exclusively partnering with a repeat client in their search for a Sales Executive. Our award-winning client is a well-established family-run communications provider offering a range of products and solutions into a diverse customer base. They are looking for someone with at least 1 year’s B2B sales and account management experience. They will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of accounts as well as attracting new logos. This role is full time and based at the Stokesley office. Role Profile: • Build rapport with clients to develop long term relationships• Develop, grow and retain a portfolio of existing customers with cross selling/upselling• Effectively use the company CRM to revitalise lapsed accounts • Undertake a range of business development activities to win new logos• Promote a range of business communication systems • Provide a consultative and innovative sales approach to effectively overcome objections and build strong client relationships Person Specification: • Minimum 1 years’ experience in B2B sales and account management• A track record of securing own sales and generating appointments for others is preferable• Self-motivated and target driven• An understanding of the telecoms industry would be advantageous however related B2B experience will be considered Other information: • Generous uncapped commission scheme• Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.15pm (No weekends or bank holidays)
