WHAT YOU’LL DO … As a Box Office Sales Executive, you will assist the Sales Director with the day to day running of the department. You will be responsible for delivering professional internal/external customer service with the standards expected and trained by the Department. To promote and sell all the facilities of the ICC Wales in particular on the research of new clients in order to achieve the budget set for the ICC Wales Live events and contribute to the ICCW overall revenue and profit. To provide an efficient and professional service to all clients with information that is clearly administered and communicated to all parties. To engage in the entire sales process from research on Live events to the promotion and sales of the Events to individuals and groups. Collating reports and looking at campaigns to drive revenue.
