This pivotal role will shape the learning culture within the organisation, ensuring that the workforce is equipped to meet future challenges. Located close to the town of Maidstone, you will be able to work for the organisation on a hybrid basis, going into the office which is a listed building 3-days per week. The Learning and Development Manager role paying £54,818 - £62,554, will carry out a wide range of senior L&D duties which include: Managing and developing the L&D team of four, fostering a high performance culture. Ensuring all training content is current, innovative and meets quality standards. Supporting the development of digital learning solutions and integration of new technologies. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. Developing and reviewing the L&D policies. Identifying opportunities for outsourcing learning activities. Overseeing the L&D budget This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced L&D manager with extensive knowledge of contemporary learning and development theories and practices. You will have the opportunity to lead on L&D projects and strategies along with working closely with senior stakeholders both internal and external. This role will require strong communication skills, influencing others and negotiating when needed.
