Thesuccessful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth offleet van sales across a designated region. Tasked with nurturing arobust client portfolio the role demands a proactive approach toidentifying and securing new business opportunities while ensuringexisting relationships flourish through exceptional accountmanagement.
KeyResponsibilities:
Developand execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within theassignedterritory
Forgeand maintain strong relationships with corporate clientsunderstanding their needs to provide tailoredsolutions
Toachieve the required sales target and related KPI s within a 12monthperiod
Workingclosely with both the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team toassist all in identifying opportunities for all product andservices viasales
Toenhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supportingits commercialinterests
Keepabreast of market trends competitor activity and regulatory changesto inform salesstrategies
Skills& ExperienceRequired:
Proventrack record in sales and an understanding of total costs ofownership and fundingoptions
Exceptionalcommunication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage andpersuade at alllevels
Bea professional presenter who will be asked to share in presentingat regional sales and dealershipmeetings
Havethe ability to find new customers and increase the customerdatabase
Previousexperience in selling or renting capital equipment to key localfleets
Idealcandidates will have knowledge of the Vanindustry
FullUK driving licence is essential as regular regional travel is acore component of therole
