Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Market Research Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities by scheduling appointments for our Sales Managers. This is a target-oriented role that requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify leads, make outbound calls, and secure meetings with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
Engage potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our services.
Book qualified sales appointments for the Sales Manager to present our services.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM database of prospects and interactions.
Work towards and exceed monthly appointment-setting and revenue targets.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential sales opportunities.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in a B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role (preferably within energy, consulting, or professional services).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of outreach activities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a proactive and persistent approach to prospecting.
Knowledge of market research services is advantageous but not essential.
