Manage sales opportunities and administration for Hospitality and General Ticketing, ensuring annual sales targets are met and client expectations exceeded. Provide customer support, manage the customer database, process sales orders, and maintain accurate records. Identify potential customers, build relationships, and maximise profitability. Assist in day-to-day operations, provide support for other team members, and work closely with the Marketing Manager.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Customer Support:
+ Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
+ Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
+ Manage all mailing enquiries, digital and hard.
+ Provide product information and help resolve any issues or concerns.
o Administrative Tasks:
+ Manage and update the customer database within the CRM.
+ Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating sales meetings.
+ Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
o Reporting:
+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
+ Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
+ Gather feedback and analyse the success of events to improve future planning.
o Business Development:
+ Identify and qualify potential customers through research and networking.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
+ Maximise profitability by assisting in the layout of hospitality areas.
+ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
o Collaboration:
+ Work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to support their efforts and initiatives.
+ Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including all racedays at Perth. Flexible working hours are available where possible. This role is based on-site at Perth Racecourse and therefore a reliable commute to Perth is paramount.
