A global technology company focusing on digital transformation are looking for a talented HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager to join their growing team on a part time basis in St Albans. The company are working with some of the world’s largest businesses, their people centric focus is the secret to their success.
This new role will form an integral part of the HR administration team across the whole UK business, ensuring compliance of all employee related policies and procedures, undertaking specialist and generalist HR and payroll tasks and ensuring everything is inline with legislation and best practise.
What you will do as a HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager:
1. Provide support, guidance and advise for management regarding employee relations.
2. Develop HR initiatives, implement these across the business, draft policies and procedures for review, coordinate annual appraisals.
3. Prepare, check, input and process payroll for over 50 employees including payroll journals for review.
4. HR month end reporting.
5. Assist with internal and external recruitment.
6. Line Management Experience.
What you will need as a HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager:
7. Experience in a HR, Payroll and Recruitment Manager role.
8. Abilities to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
9. Highly organised with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
10. Experience in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
