Due to a rare opening, our Liverpool city centre client is offering the amazing opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join their team, working alongside other likeminded outbound sales specialists to use your skills in B2B business development and assist with maintaining the business momentum and growth they are already experiencing.
The successful applicant will be engaging with recruitment agencies across the UK to promote specialist umbrella payroll solutions and services within the recruitment sector. For applicants to be considered in this role they must have previous successful sales employment history of hitting targets and can also demonstrate a working knowledge with success of using sales structures, market planning and time management in pursuit of positive outcomes.
JOB ROLE
* Selling contractor payroll solutions through phone, IT and face-to-face engagement.
* Building relationships with recruitment agencies and end-users to manage their contract staff payroll needs.
* Advising contract staff on the range of payroll solutions available within their employment market.
* Build and develop relationships with customers at all levels via B2B calls and other various sales methods.
* Represent the business and associated brands in a professional manner at all times
* Pipeline management.
* Updating, documenting and maintaining information in our CRM system.
* Liaise with existing customers and internal departments to progress and build on their already strong relationships.
* Basic salary up to £40,000pa depending on relevent sales and industry experience
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Ideally applicants need to have a successful employment history working in outbound sales and preferably a good understanding of recruitment or payroll markets with the ability to comfortably and professionally engage with the end clients when building strong working relationships at all levels from consultants to company directors.
My client would also consider applicants who don’t have product understanding but can still demonstrate a settled and successful employment history in outbound B2B sales within the past five years as full product training to gain the required product knowledge will be given as part of the onboarding process.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
* Successful applicants should ideally have previous experience of selling within the recruitment or umbrella payroll sectors or recent continuous B2B sales employment.
* Outbound telephone business development.
* MUST have a structured sales background
* Must be able to work from my clients Liverpool city centre offices
* Able to work to targets.
* Proven experience in regularly achieving individual sales targets.
* Have excellent spoken and written English, with great interpersonal skills.
* Have experience in building, developing and managing your own sales pipeline.
* Be goal and target driven with a fantastic attitude to qualifying leads and landing clients.
* Experience of using CRM tools to help track customer engagement and follow-ups.
* Researching new potential clients and avenues for pipeline building.
* Possess Good IT Skills.
* Ability to innovate and deliver under pressure.
