MSX International is seeking a Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover in Gaydon.
The Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor will support the Connected Car workforce by assisting the global network with escalated incidents, aiming to deliver a ‘Best in Class’ service.
The Role
As the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, chat, or email, the Customer Support Helpdesk Advisor will:
* Manage support for global markets including the UK and the USA.
* Provide solutions by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
* Record incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system.
* Collaborate with JLR teams and liaise with clients.
* Follow all established processes and procedures.
* Generate and distribute reports to key stakeholders.
* Enhance customer loyalty through effective incident management.
* Analyze team data to identify issues.
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically confident individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can quickly adapt to the role.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
* A keen interest in technology and staying updated on industry news.
