Head Chef
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £40,000 + £5000 (OTE bonus) + service charge + amazing benefits package
Required experience:
1. Solid hands-on experience as Head Chef/Kitchen Manager or a Senior Sous Chef looking to take on their own kitchen.
2. A real passion to provide outstanding food, working hard to maintain and improve performance in order to provide well-presented quality dishes.
3. Ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen environment following food safety management procedures and records that meet all required standards.
4. Experience of leading, motivating, training and developing a team of different personalities, levels of creativity and skillsets.
5. Strong financial knowledge (GPs, revenue, quality/portion control)
6. A great personality - fun, passionate, charismatic, enthusiastic, people-focused and adaptable to all personalities.
