Seekhr are delighted to be partnering with a forward thinking scaling tech business in the data centre world on their first L&D Manager hire!
This company are rapidly scaling with exciting business milestones on the horizon-they are the only people in their market doing what they do.
We are looking for some who has set up an L&D function in a multi disciplinary workforce before, who loves to drive change through strategic talent development, the sky is the limit here- you will have full autonomy to create something great.
Your role:
* Develop and implement learning programmes aligned to business priorities including onboarding, leadership and technical skills
* Lead the design and delivery of bespoke leadership development frameworks for emerging and senior leaders
* Partner with department leads and People Partners to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning pathways
* Own the onboarding framework, ensuring consistency and scalability across functions and geographies
* Manage the LMS and use data-driven insights to shape future learning strategies and measure impact
* Champion a growth mindset culture and drive engagement in learning across all levels of the business
About you:
* You have proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end L&D programmes in high-growth environments
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning tools including LMS platforms
* Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; able to influence and engage senior stakeholders
* A data-led approach with the ability to analyse learning needs and evaluate programme effectiveness
* Experience working across geographies and functions; a collaborative and proactive mindset
* A CIPD qualification or similar in learning and development or virtual learning delivery is desirable
