Your next challenge
* Provide IT Support to all levels of the Pluxee UK business.
* Use your own initiative to drive a team forward, recognising process and functional improvements.
* Instil collaboration and teamwork in a newly formed Team.
Key responsibilities
* Working to tight deadlines and short notice requests.
* Out-of-hours working.
* Stay focused on tasks whilst regularly being disturbed.
* Ensure adherence to internal & external audit requirements.
* In all aspects of the job, be aware of and comply with the latest data protection requirements.
* Ensure compliance with the latest data protection and be familiar with and carry out tasks in accordance with the practices and procedures laid out in the ISO 9001/27001 requirements.
* Be familiar with and carry out tasks in accordance with the companies’ Information Security Rules and Guidelines.
You’re a match
* Excellent organisational skills with a proven track record of working to multiple deadlines to achieve goals and objectives.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an IT Support function, including workstation builds and installation of software.
* Adaptable on a daily basis. This is a constantly changing role, you will be required to move with it.
* Extensive support experience with MS O365.
* Ability to regularly deal with difficult personalities in high pressure environments.
* Natural problem solving skills, in and out of the box.
* Understanding of working in an office and always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous circumstances.
* Experience of Mobile Phone support, Android and iOS.
