Role Overview:
You’ll be the face of our sales team, guiding customers through the process of purchasing a caravan holiday home. This is a customer-focused role that combines relationship-building, product knowledge, and on-the-ground sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with walk-in enquiries, phone leads, and online prospects
* Conduct tailored tours of the park and available units
* Understand customer needs and match them to the right caravan
* Build long-term relationships with prospective and current owners
* Keep accurate records of leads and follow-ups
* Support marketing initiatives and sales events when needed
* Assist with presentation and readiness of show homes
Achieve monthly sales targets through great service and follow-through
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous sales experience (holiday homes or caravans a bonus)
* Confident, friendly, and great with people
* Good understanding of basic sales techniques and follow-up processes
* Comfortable working weekends and bank holidays
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Full UK driving licence preferred
