Your role at BRE
We are seeking an energetic and organised individual to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst to assist in providing first-line support in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Essential:
* First-line IT support
* Strong customer service and administration experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
* Ability to work under pressure
* Logical, methodical planning skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent manner and interpersonal skills
* Able to operate as part of a team or alone
Desirable:
* Foundation ITIL Level 4
* Experience using Active Directory
* Experience using Azure
* Experience using ITSM Tools such as ServiceNow
