About altwater
altwater is on a mission to make bottled water less wasteful with our beautiful aluminium bottle, prefilled with British spring water and designed to be used over (& over) again. Launched in 2022 by James and Sam, this new approach to bottled water is now stocked across the UK’s high-end retailers, hotels and independents - including Selfridges, Harrods, Blank Street, Third Space and The Peninsula London.
To accelerate growth in this archaic category and become the leading premium sustainable bottled water brand, we are looking for a driven and ambitious salesperson to join our team!
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to support altwater’s commercial growth by winning new listings, building strong relationships, and driving sales across retail, hospitality, and off trade sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-led business and contribute directly to its success.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development – Identify and engage potential customers, securing new listings in retail, hospitality, and off-trade.
2. Account Management – Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent service and maximising sales opportunities.
3. Sales Execution – Work towards ambitious sales targets, proactively pitching altwater to potential partners and ensuring visibility across key sales channels.
4. Market Research – Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
5. Trade Marketing Support – Work closely with the marketing team to support trade campaigns and activations that drive brand awareness and sales.
6. Reporting & Analysis – Track sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role within F&B.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly motivated with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for sustainability and making an impact!
