Graduate Business Software Consultant
£25,000 + £300 guaranteed commission for first three months OTE £60,000
Purpose
BSCs are responsible for outbound & inbound sales prospecting. Rather than trying to close deals, their work revolves around generating and qualifying new leads and booking for a BDM to sell the product and sit the demonstration.

Monday - Saturday (1 Saturday in 4, 10am-2pm overtime paid for these hours)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs input & output metrics.
2. Ensure the pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sales journey.
3. Work collaboratively with dedicated BSCs to ensure high team performance.
4. Promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BDM.
5. Structure your day autonomously to optimize performance.
6. Be an expert in our products and services to ensure a solution-led & consultative approach to sales.
7. Engage and communicate professionally with decision-makers at a senior level.
8. Build effective relationships with existing customers through probing questioning and clarification.
9. Discuss our company, brand, values, and products & services positively and enthusiastically.
10. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
11. Be accountable for performance at all levels.
12. Self-generate opportunities through social selling and prospect/client referrals.
13. Achieve targets and business objectives in a fully compliant manner.
