Responsibilities of a Corporate Sales Executive
* Support the Director of Corporate & Diplomatic Sales and handle inquiries.
* Process inquiries within the limits of Hyatt Brand Standards, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed.
* Conduct client meetings to drive new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
* Contract business and convert corporate and group leads.
* Attend and represent the hotel at tradeshows.
* Conduct site inspections and meet with clients to discuss their requirements (may include some evenings).
* Act in a professional and informative manner, ensuring product and competitor knowledge is current at all times.
* Maintain an up-to-date corporate database.
* Respond to RFPs.
* Work closely with the HSF team for global managed accounts.
* Ensure that all booking details are accurately logged in Envision and comments are continuously updated.
