Service Desk Analyst | St Albans | up to £38k

We are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans. Our client is one of the leading players in their field; they're a friendly, sociable company with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.
The successful candidate will provide support to users. You will prioritize and respond to tickets that come from multiple channels such as email, phone, chat, and walk-ups. These are raised mostly by internal users; however, you will be expected to communicate with customers from time to time to help them resolve technical issues.
When required, you will perform diagnostic and root cause analysis. In addition, you will be involved in the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, including installing, configuring, and patching computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

2. Hours: Mon-Fri, 7.30-4pm/9am-5.30pm, 1 in 3 days on the early shift.

Key responsibilities:
1. Exchange server admin (Exchange 2019 & Exchange Online)
2. Active Directory and Group Policy
3. Administration of Entra ID / Intune / SCCM
4. Office / O365 applications including Teams
