It is home to two very different 18-hole championship courses and the proud host events including England Golf and The R&A Open Championship qualifying or Senior Open qualifying. The club has a large and engaged membership and regularly hosts significant charity and corporate golf days. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue and ensuring the continued success of the club. Their primary focus is on achieving sales targets for functions and corporate/group golf while developing strong relationships to generate business opportunities. Additionally, they will support the maintenance of the club’s membership levels by building a committed and well-qualified waiting list, tailoring their approach to individual needs through consistent relationship-building. These responsibilities will contribute to the club’s continued success while maximising sales performance. What do you need? Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive in a premium leisure or hospitality environment - Essential Be target driven and have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets – Essential Have experience in generating new business resulting from own pro-activeness – Essential Experience with CRM tools and booking systems - Desirable An understanding and a passion for the Golf industry – Desirable Attributes: Good time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication skills – strong written English also essential. Well presented. Must be flexible with regards to working hours including some early evenings and weekends. Must be commutable within 45 minutes (real time). What will you get?
