Are you currently working at 2nd line on a service desk, and looking to join a company that offers training, development, and progression? Then this is the job for you. Due to growth, our client is looking to add to their 2nd Line team.
As a 2nd line IT Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be based in the Stourbridge office for an MSP who provide solutions to a range of clients. Our client has recently won contracts and in turn, needs to grow out their service desk. Safe to say they’re heading in the right direction.
The service desk manager strongly encourages the development of his team and is keen for his employees to constantly upskill and in turn be offered promotions – a perfect opportunity for somebody wanting to progress their career. As well as this, the MD has invested heavily into training up the service desk by way of certifications and qualifications.
You will be working on a service desk of 6 alongside other analysts fixing IT issues from external customers to ensure their businesses can run smoothly. You will be working in a busy office environment and will have to be customer focused and able to manage customer expectations.
If you have hands on experience in a 2nd line service desk environment, then this could be the opportunity for you. We’re after someone who has experience working in this environment and can come and hit the ground running. As well as this, it is important that you have the right attitude, and are willing to learn whatever you don’t know.
