Providing expert HR advice – Offer generalist HR support to the Kettering office and ESS site teams, escalating matters where needed. Handling employee relations – Advise and guide managers on ER issues, including managing cases up to and including dismissal. Collaborating & influencing – Partner with site managers to resolve people matters and drive positive change. What are we looking for? HR Expertise – Solid knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices. Qualifications – CIPD Level 3 or Level 5. Experience – At least 5 years in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role. Adaptability – Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing needs. People Skills – You’re a relationship-builder who can engage and influence at all levels.
