Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a passion for luxury, a proven track record in high-end sales, and a vision to elevate Opus Motion as the premier choice for discerning clients. This role will focus on expanding Opus Motion’s presence, building long-term client relationships, and growing revenue through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
* Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert high-value corporate clients, event planners, and luxury hospitality partners who align with our premium brand.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage partnerships with luxury hotels, corporate clients, and exclusive venues, creating tailored solutions that highlight Opus Motion’s unique value proposition.
* Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing directly to Opus Motion’s £1 million annual goal.
* Brand Positioning: Represent Opus Motion at luxury industry events, positioning our brand as the definitive choice for luxury transportation.
* Product Knowledge & Customisation: Leverage an intimate knowledge of Opus Motion’s vehicle amenities and exclusive services to create compelling, custom-tailored packages that resonate with high-end clients.
* Collaboration with Guest Experience Team: Work closely with the Guest Experience assistant to ensure client satisfaction, enhance loyalty, and exceed client expectations.
* Market Insight & Strategy: Continuously assess market trends, client feedback, and competitor offerings to refine and innovate Opus Motion’s sales approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Sales Excellence: A proven track record of success in high-value sales, particularly within luxury services, hospitality, or travel.
* Luxury Expertise: A passion for the luxury industry with a deep understanding of what makes a high-end client experience extraordinary.
* Exceptional Communication & Persuasion: Highly refined communication skills, capable of articulating Opus Motion’s unique offerings to discerning clients and partners.
* Relationship-Driven: Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and nurture long-term client and partner relationships.
* Strategic Thinking: Forward-thinking with an ability to identify and act on growth opportunities, aligning sales strategies with Opus Motion’s brand values and revenue targets.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
