We’re looking for a New Business Sales Executive to be at the forefront of our growth. Your main focus will be on making calls, engaging with prospects, and closing deals, before ensuring smooth handover to our account managers.

A Bit About You
You’re ideally one of two types of people:
* A Seasoned Closer: You’ve been in sales for a while, and you know your strength lies in closing deals. The thrill of sealing the deal is what drives you. You’re not here to nurture relationships; your focus is on the conversion. You pick up the phone, make the sale, and move on to the next prospect. For you, it’s all about volume and efficiency. Every call is a potential win and you thrive on that challenge.
* A Hungry Newcomer: You’re at the beginning of your sales journey and eager to prove yourself. You want to test your skills, engage with as many prospects as possible, and learn from some of the best in the business. You have the drive and ambition to make a mark, and you’re ready to put in the work to see results. Every call is a learning opportunity, and you’re excited to grow and develop in a dynamic environment.
No matter which of these you are, our New Business Sales Executives must be:
* Self-Motivated: We’d like 100 dials a day; you aim for 200. We’d like 10 new customers a month; you aim for 20. This position demands drive, and you have it in spades (and then some).
* Genuine: You couldn’t sell ice to an Eskimo. That expression, and those like it, are the reason salesmen get a bad rep. You’d instead sell them something they need—a pair of gloves or a bobble hat perhaps—and you’ll do the same for our customers.
* Quick Learner: You can come from any sales background. All we ask is that you’re open to learning. A good understanding of what we offer, why it’s important, and who needs it is a win for you, us, and the customer.
Your Day To Day
* New Business Development: Pick up the phone and bring in new customers, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
* Lead Management: Work primarily with inbound leads (around 1000 per month distributed among the team) while also having the initiative to generate your own leads.
* Sales Execution: Deliver persuasive sales pitches, follow up diligently, and convert prospects into loyal clients.
* Collaboration: Work closely with our account managers to ensure a smooth handover of customers and Head of Marketing for data insight.
