The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for pitching our influencer marketing services to brands, agencies, and media buyers, helping them leverage TikTok to drive impact. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for social media.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships with brands and agencies
* Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs
* Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to craft bespoke influencer marketing solutions
* Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals
* Stay up to date with TikTok trends and industry developments to inform client strategies
* Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the agency’s growth
What We’re Looking For
* A proven track record in sales, ideally within influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising
* Strong understanding of TikTok and its role in brand marketing
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive and results-driven approach to business development
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience in building relationships with brands and agencies
