Head Chef - Contract Catering Site - Monday to Friday!!! - near Salisbury
Our client is a global player in the contract catering industry that supply catering and facility services to various sites throughout the UK.
They are currently recruiting for an experienced Head Chef for their site near Salisbury. This Company offers excellent benefits and opportunities to progress.

Salary: £16.22p/h
Location: Near Salisbury
Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday only!!!
No weekends, No evenings, No bank holidays!!!
The style of food we serve ranges from pub classics, street food style.
Duties include:
* To take all responsibility for all elements of the kitchen including preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards.
* To set and maintain standards.
* To ensure the kitchen is kept in a clean tidy and hygienic state.
* To liaise with customers, to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for.
* To respond to feedback from customers and amend menus as appropriate.
* To receive training that is necessary to maintain and improve the standards of the establishment.
* Anything else reasonably requested by the management of the organisation
What You Need to Be a Successful Head Chef:
* Experience as a Head Chef
* NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications or lots of experience.
* Experience working in a high-volume environment
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Good management skills and a strong leader
