Location: Near St. Paul’s, London
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation.
2. Develop creative menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients that align with client preferences.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
4. Manage kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
5. Collaborate with management to create bespoke culinary experiences for corporate events.
6. Mentor and develop the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
