This is a full-time 45 hours a week permanent contract reporting into and supporting the Head Chef. The Am Braigh restaurant offers the best of Skye produce, cooked elegantly, in a modern setting. The menu highlights the wide variety of produce, seafood and delicacies from the amazing Skye larder.
