* Location: Westland House, Belfast (with occasional travel to other sites)
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional out-of-hours support)
* Hourly Rate: £14.59 ph
* Duration: Temporary (up to 3 months) possibility of extension

As a Service Desk Analyst with Northern Ireland Water, you'll be the first line of support for over 1,500 users, helping resolve technical issues and providing expert advice on a wide range of IT services, including hardware, software, and network issues. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of NI Water's ICT services. What you'll be doing:
* Support: Assist with hardware (servers, laptops, printers) and software (Windows, MS Office 365, VPN) for internal users.
* Customer Service: Deliver high-quality, friendly, and efficient support, liaising with 3rd party suppliers and internal teams.
* Incident Management: Prioritise and resolve incidents in line with SLAs and ITIL procedures.
* Problem Solving: Use your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and escalate as necessary.
* Team Collaboration: Participate in IT projects, providing updates on services and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
What we're looking for:
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role with a focus on customer service and problem resolution.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in supporting Windows 10+, MS Office applications, Active Directory, and Office 365.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage your workload efficiently.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Standard AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
