🍴 Assisting in the development of innovative, seasonal menus using the finest ingredients.
🍴 Ensuring consistency, precision, and excellence in every plate.
🍴 Overseeing kitchen operations, stock management, and hygiene compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred or multi-Rosette restaurant.
