The L&D Manager will support the company's success by developing and retaining key talent through various development programs and initiatives. They will assist in implementing technical, statutory, safety, and leadership training aligned with the people strategy. Client Details Our client is a large organisation in the property industry. Description Support design and delivery of L&D initiatives (in-person, e-learning, leadership development, onboarding, D&I, mentoring, apprenticeships). Liaise with stakeholders to assess learning needs, technical competencies, and future training requirements. Develop cost-effective training plans to maintain technical and statutory compliance, supporting workforce plans. Assist in enhancing the L&D framework for effective learning across the business. Coordinate and manage key training programs, including scheduling, feedback, and updates for line managers. Create and review content for training modules, ensuring compliance with role requirements and legislation. Maintain the Corporate Induction programme and support regional teams with Development Review Days. Manage the L&D functionality in Workday, training requests, and third-party suppliers, including managing the Apprentice Levy. Profile A successful L&D Manager should have: Experience in a training/learning role within a medium/large business. Skilled in designing and delivering face-to-face and e-learning courses. Proficient with learning management systems and data analysis for decision-making. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and holds a degree in HR/Learning or related field. Committed to ongoing learning with excellent communication and organisational skills. Able to adapt to change, work at pace, and collaborate across all levels. Interest in learning, development, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, with mobility for business travel.
