The team at Akessa Healthcare is expanding and needs additional colleagues to assist with the development of our clinical services. We require a recruitment specialist, with a track record in sourcing high quality candidates to assist with our team expansion on a full time, permanent basis.
The appointment can be based at either Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital in Aylesbury or The New Foscote Hospital in Banbury.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
A harmonious work pattern is part of our wider commitment to improve the quality and experience of our team. We therefore support and encourage open conversations around a specific working pattern to suit your work-life balance; if it works for you and works for the role, we'll do our best to make it happen. However, before applying, please note that:
* The Akessa Healthcare does not offer hybrid or remote working.
* The role is for an energetic, enthusiastic and able candidate and not applicants who wish to slow down.
About us
The Akessa Healthcare Group is managed and run by clinicians. We are proud to be part of a highly skilled, diverse team.
The New Foscote Hospital was established in Banbury over 40 years ago and has provided services and treatments to thousands of people from across the region. We have over 50 consultants, all of whom are leaders in their specialist fields and choose to hold their private practices here, working alongside our friendly, highly qualified and experienced nursing and support teams.
In March 2024, The New Foscote Hospital was rated amongst the top 10 NHS and private hospitals in the UK. The rating was based on patient reported outcomes and published in the Daily Telegraph.
The Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital was established in Aylesbury in 1832 and has provided services and treatments to thousands of people from across the region. The ownership of the hospital was transferred to our new management team in January 2023. By joining our existing portfolio, the hospital is now run professionally and provides clinical care to private, insured and NHS patients, with a strong ethos on caring for our staff.
Significant ongoing investment into both hospitals includes complete refurbishment of the wards, the outpatient area, reception, staff facilities, radiology, and the construction of additional state-of-the-art operating theatres and endoscopy suites.
We have over 50 consultants, all of whom are leaders in their specialist fields and choose to hold their private practices here, working alongside our friendly, highly qualified and experienced nursing and support teams. The clinical outcomes of the hospital are of the highest standards. The latest CQC report rated our hospital standards as good across all parameters.
Our organisation has strong IT, operational, clinical governance, and accountancy support.
All colleagues are encouraged to feel empowered and to have an active voice on the management of their services.
