Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of food production and kitchen operations
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Food ordering, and stock control
- Work alongside management on budgeting and cost control
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Requirements
- Experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
