Digital Sales Executive
The Digital Sales Executive is a sales role dedicated to securing business from existing and prospective Contract Hire customers in both private and corporate sectors (selling both regulated and unregulated finance) by making pro-active outbound calls with the aim of building effective customer relationships, increasing renewals, promoting and up selling Value Added Products.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Use a blended approach of telephony-based sales strategies and techniques, and digital communication to achieve sales.
2. Follow up on digital leads in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLA's) with the aim to convert sales to the agreed targets.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of Business User and Customer's needs by using insight from the customer contract and product knowledge to present appropriate solutions as part of a broader up sell conversation.
4. Add value at every customer touch point and ensure customers receive appropriate information to make informed decisions whilst maximising business opportunities to sell the features and benefits of our products.
5. Action contract changes and keep data integrity at a high standard.
6. Place orders with our Retailer network in order to ensure replacement vehicles are ordered and delivered in accordance to the customer expectation.
7. Identify Master Lease Agreement and fleet service opportunities and ensure these are handed to the Corporate Sales Managers.
8. Respond to leads from Client Services Advisors or other areas of the business.
9. Use Management Information (MI) and own judgement to identify opportunities for call backs or renewals and diarise call backs appropriately.
10. Manage general sales administration efficiently to ensure maximum time available in generating sales with customers.
Experience:
1. A sound knowledge of finance, Contract Hire, leasing products and services.
2. Experience of operating in an FCA regulated environment.
3. Previous experience in telephone account, sales or telesales roles.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Strong customer services focus; passionate about good customer outcomes.
Additional Information:
5 days a week in office, 9am - 5pm based in MK.
Temporary role starting in Jan - Dec 2025.
Pay Rate: £18.70 / £34,034 Salary equivalent.
