The Hotel Manager has the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operation of the hotel, enhancing customer service standards, and improving efficiencies within the operational areas of the hotel, leading to increased profitability and overall performance.

The Requirements
1. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience within meeting and events within a hotel or large venue.
2. Excellent self-management skills are a must for the successful Operations Manager.
3. The ability to make decisions under pressure.
4. The Hotel Manager must be organised and have strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Must have an engaging personality with plenty of energy.
The Package
1. £50,000 per annum.
2. £5,000 annual bonus.

4. Free Parking.
The Location
Near Watford. Own transport would be ideal for this role, although bus links are available.
