The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
1. Assisting the HR Shared Services Administration Manager (HRSSAM) on a day-to-day basis
2. Coordinating and prioritizing the daily workload of the HR administration team to ensure they are collectively meeting deadlines
3. Supporting the implementation of new HR processes within the HR Admin team and the wider business
4. Dealing with day-to-day HR queries from both management and employees in a speedy and professional manner
5. Maintaining accurate records in the company's HR Information System
6. Performing general HR administrative duties
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
2. CIPD Level 3 as a minimum
3. Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
4. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
5. Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
6. Demonstrates an elevated level of judgment and discretion
7. Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude
8. Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
9. Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
10. Great attention to detail
11. Ability to work independently
12. Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
13. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
14. Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
15. Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a positive attitude

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to primarily support the HR Shared Services Administration Manager. The job holder will join a busy HR administration team of four and will have the capabilities to execute tasks within a fast-paced and pressurized work environment. The team is currently transitioning from a decentralized HR department to a centralized HR shared services function, supporting in excess of approximately 2500 employees.
