Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen. Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes, maintaining the highest culinary standards. Support in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff. Maintain an efficient and well-organised mise en place. Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with HACCP. Contribute to menu development, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to our Italian classics. Manage and monitor stock levels, ensuring minimal waste and efficient ordering. Requirements & Skills: Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen. A passion for classic Italian cuisine and a deep understanding of authentic flavours. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every dish meets the restaurant's standards. Experience in stock control and ordering. A desire to grow and progress within an ambitious and expanding restaurant group. Full right to work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status if applicable).
