Role Description
We are looking for a candidate to join our growing EMEA Sales team. You will need the right mix of personality, energy, sales and consulting skills to be successful. We want the right candidates to come on board and help clients get the most out of using NetRoadshow and keep them coming back for more. Your ability to keep NetRoadshow top of mind for our clients is crucial to our growth.
This role is for a candidate who has the right stuff and proven track record in helping to build winning relationships with Capital Markets investment bankers. Aside from our core Equity and Debt Capital Markets and Research business; Loan Syndication, M&A, Private Equity and Investor Relations are all tangential markets for us and of significant potential long-term value.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
You must have the ability to form strong relationships within networks which will drive repeat business and referrals. You must be adaptable in managing multiple product offerings in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate must also exhibit a degree of comfort with tension - being able to respectfully challenge and direct the customer in their best interest.
The role may require off-hours work as City deal-making does not sleep. The rep showing the greatest responsiveness wins! At times, will require individual to roll up their sleeves and assist the service team with issues or support the Product Management team as they seek to better understand our clients.
This role will be exposed to all aspects of the business and product range and to clients from junior Analysts up to Managing Directors with clients based in London and across the EMEA region.
* Call into new and existing accounts and desks. Develop new and nurture existing relationships
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling our product suite
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations
* Understand client business processes, plan sales approaches, develop discovery and questioning techniques
* Keep up with the latest NetRoadshow releases and functionality
* Keep abreast of latest competitive threats and developments
* Maintain good CRM discipline

Requirements For Role
* Experience selling SaaS solutions into the business side of Investment Banks
* Direct experience of building networks within Equity and Debt Capital Markets preferred
* Expectation that your success will depend on your outbound networking skills. The target market is well defined, as well as the roles within it. Marketing supports our sales efforts, but the volume of inbound leads is low
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas or set goals
* Experience of managing fast-turnaround, transactional, short sales cycles, as well as longer cycles to drive the adoption of new solutions into new and existing clients
* An understanding of how to map sales processes to Capital Market deal processes
* Knowledge of how to exploit banking Syndicates to win business an advantage
* Experience of engaging with and energising Compliance, InfoSec and legal teams within banks to help accelerate the adoption of new solutions an advantage
