Position: Junior Sous Chef
Location: Edinburgh and the Surrounds
Salary: £28,000 + Tronc/Tips
OTE: £33,000 - £35,000 per year

Requirements:
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an à la carte kitchen environment at CDP level or above
* Be located in the UK already
* Stable culinary background that reflects your dedication and passion
* An appetite for fresh food and a busy kitchen
* Hands-on and used to doing 250-1000 covers a day!
* A burning desire to be part of a culinary adventure that celebrates both tradition and innovation.
