The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate with strong multimedia creation and editing skills to join our Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Team.
You will play a key part in inspiring learning, through developing high quality online learning content and support materials, utilising instructional design principles. You will work closely with the TEL Team and in liaison with academic and professional services staff, to create learning experiences within a clear, consistent, easy to use format in the online learning environment.
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone who is a skilled written and visual communicator, well organised, has strong multimedia creation and editing skills, attention to detail, and will approach the role with enthusiasm. The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Produce accessible and engaging online video and media resources using a range of software and elearning authoring tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Camtasia).
Manage, set up and support the use of audio-visual equipment for capturing high-quality learning and teaching content, and advise on all production aspects of online multimedia content.
Act as first-line support for staff TEL queries relating to content creation and instructional design.
Assist in the development and maintenance of accessible training guides/FAQs/blog posts/screencast tutorials related to the post.
