Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll drive initiatives that develop essential skills, build competencies, and foster a culture of growth. What You’ll Do: Build Development Programs: Design structured programs to address both technical and behavioural competencies, with an eye for improvement and innovation. Create Competency Frameworks: Develop frameworks that support career progression and align with company values, working closely with department leads. Collaborate with Leaders & Partners: Work with internal teams and external L&D partners to deliver focused training and development. Drive Core Training Initiatives: Oversee the delivery of induction programs, graduate training, and skills workshops, focusing on soft skills and industry-specific competencies. About You: Industry Expertise: Experience in L&D within construction, housebuilding, or similar related sectors. Innovative & Strategic: Skilled in creating competency frameworks and program structures that align with business goals.
