Trainer & Customer Support

We are currently recruiting for a Trainer & Customer Support to join our client based in Oxfordshire to join their customer support team.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct software training sessions to end-user customers both online and in person.
2. Install/configure software for new customers.
3. Provide technical support to existing customers via telephone and email.
4. Deliver training workshops on software to internal staff and customers.
5. Provide technical joinery knowledge to the development team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in the joinery industry and understanding of joinery construction methods.
2. Computer literate with experience in estimating software preferred.
3. Experience in CNC software or JMS is an advantage.
4. Inquisitive mind with a desire to learn new software applications.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Friendly demeanor and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
8. Able to work in a hybrid environment.
9. Flexibility for travel and time away from home.
10. Confident, enthusiastic, and professional.
11. Ability to deliver training sessions independently, with initial support.
12. Full driving licence.
