About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Lead - As a Central Sales Executive, your role is to fully qualify all opportunities that come to Knotel via direct or 3rd party channels. The individual must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to identify the best solution within our portfolio for each customer. You will be accountable for conversion rates from enquiry to the tour being arranged and manage the ongoing conversation between the customer and Knotel until the viewing is completed and converted to sale. You will need to work effectively as part of a sales team and have excellent time management skills to remain in control of all live opportunities. You will be expecting to complete business development and work closely with the Broker and Agent channel partner to increase lead flow.
What You’ll Do
* Be the first point of contact for all customers and potential customers by telephone, email or leads via the website
* Qualify customers through analysis pre-call to learn about their business and potential needs
* Liaise with the prospective customer and confidently qualify all leads and offer the best and most suitable solution for them
* Work in SalesForce to convert the lead to tour through objection handling and detailed discussions around the Knotel portfolio
* Deliver and exceed daily/weekly KPIs set by your sales manager
* Work effectively as part of a team to work towards group KPI targets
* Liaise with 3rd parties to book in viewings for the appropriate AE
* Manage the diary of the AE's through effective communication
* Manage each lead on Salesforce and become efficient in using this system correctly for managing leads and reporting
Who You Are
* Customer service-oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and the ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent experience
* You have the ability to problem solve and objection handle customer and broker needs and relationships
* You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
* You have excellent time management skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* You’re resilient, super adaptable, and can work autonomously
* Based in the London Office with regular travel to customer buildings in London
You also have the following:
* experience in direct sales
* Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Salesforce and other technology solutions for streamlining business processes
* Excellent communication skills and strong follow-through
* Strong goal orientation
* Demonstrated problem solving skills
