**Position:** DBS Sous Chef
**Location:** Northampton, UK
**Hours of Work:** 07:00 - 18:00
**Pay Rate:** £15.50 - £19.93 per hour (estimated based on national average)
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to assist in managing our kitchen operations in Northampton.
You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in planning menus, ordering supplies, and overseeing food preparation and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, with excellent communication and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the kitchen operation, including menu planning and inventory control.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS check required for this role.
* Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
