Role Overview:
As an International Moving Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of helping individuals and families take the leap to a new life overseas. From the moment they reach out, you’ll provide expert guidance, deliver tailored quotes, and secure their trust, before coordinating with our skilled operations team to make their dream move a reality.
Every day, you’ll work with 15–30 new leads, managing a fast-paced workflow while ensuring the highest standards of service. This is a role for someone who thrives on building connections, solving problems, and celebrating success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Converting inbound leads into happy customers by providing tailored advice and solutions.
2. Responding to online and email inquiries promptly and managing our CRM system (Moveware).
3. Taking ownership of inbound telephone inquiries, ensuring they’re recorded and followed up.
4. Understanding customers’ needs to craft moving plans that meet their unique requirements.
5. Coordinating appointments for surveyors and booking services for confirmed moves.
6. Following up with leads to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
7. Building relationships with overseas agents and escalating key issues to management.
8. Contributing to the overall success of the Export Sales team and supporting administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate with professionalism and empathy.
2. Strong sales acumen and a drive to meet and exceed targets.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. At least 1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
