This brand-new Reward Manager role will own and oversee our proposition, ensuring we're firmly future focused and meeting the needs of the business. As Reward Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and managing the reward strategy and deliverables at NFU Mutual. Working closely with the Head of Reward, you'll ensure that our total reward offering is not only competitive and sustainable but also fully aligned with our business objectives. In this role you'll oversee the annual bonus and pay review processes, acting as a subject matter expert to ensure fairness, market alignment, and high standards of governance. Partnering with our People Insights & Projects team to conduct reward benchmarking, you'll keep NFU Mutual at the forefront of market trends. Engaging in horizon scanning for reward and benefits trends, you'll prepare the organisation for regulatory and legislative changes. Leading initiatives with the HR Systems team to enhance our reward systems and processes, you'll focus on user experience and operational efficiency. You'll work with members of the reward team to deliver on priorities in the reward cyclical calendar. Additionally, as the Rewards Manager, you'll play a key role in broader employee experience initiatives, supporting our commitment to wellbeing, D&I and benefit programs. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.
You have demonstrable operational Reward experience and have worked within a similar role, within a large commercial business, with a robust understanding of compensation and benefits, remuneration regulations, and total reward strategy. Your strong stakeholder management capabilities and upward influencing skills will be crucial as you engage with key players across the organisation. You're proficient in data analysis, able to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Your critical thinking skills empower you to evaluate information effectively and make informed decisions. Additionally, your report writing proficiency ensures that findings and recommendations are communicated clearly and effectively. To join our team, the below experience is desirable:
