We are Communication Works. We put together communication programmes in partnership with major organisations in the B2B and B2C sectors. These programmes provide commercial opportunities for companies to access high-value, hard-to-reach audiences.
Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking highly-motivated, experienced Senior Sales Executives to join our team and help drive the growth of our business by acquiring new clients.
The role
* Prospect and acquire new clients by conducting research and industries and reaching out to potential customers by email, phone and LinkedIn. There is a daily cold-calling element to the role.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals via video call and phone to senior executives of potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our projects
* Work with our experienced management team who will support you with training, negotiation and closing to ensure you are meeting activity and sales targets
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales coordinators and appointment setters to identify fertile industry areas, specific companies and the decision-makers within them.
* Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
* Provide regular activity, forecast and sales reports to your project manager
About you
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role, pitching senior decision-makers (C-level) within large companies and organisations
* Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability/potential to effectively deliver sales pitches
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and win over clients (preferred but not essential - training provided)
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organised and self-motivated to ensure KPI and sales targets are met
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities (preferred but not essential - training provided)
